Alprazolam (Xanax) - is it so highly addicting? - alprazolam 1mg

I take 1mg alprazolam, anxiety've hear is very addictive and hard to leave too. I take this for about 6 weeks, I feel good and I know one day I'll leave .... but I fear the day when I do.
